LearnFaster is operated by Learn Faster UK and hosted by Hostinger. For a privacy enquiry, choose Suggestion on the feedback form and identify your request as a privacy enquiry.

The application counts page views, searches with or without matches, resource-link clicks, tracker downloads, returns through tracker QR codes and grade calculations. When enabled, it stores aggregate counts, not names, entered marks, raw search queries, IP addresses or browsing histories. Search statistics use only recognised subject, qualification and exam terms; unrecognised text is counted without storing the words. These totals are available only to the administrator. Referral statistics use a short list of site categories, including our chemistry sites; referring URLs are not stored. Known automated agents are excluded, although some bot requests may still be counted.

Feedback is stored privately with its page or opaque resource reference, topic and optional note, independently of usage analytics. Please do not include names, email addresses or other personal details. Notes are available in the private dashboard for up to 30 days. Stored feedback files are removed by the housekeeping task.

No advertising, third-party analytics or tracking cookies are included. The admin sign-in uses a strictly necessary session cookie. The public calculator does not save your marks. If you choose light or dark mode, your browser stores that appearance preference on your device; it is not a visitor identifier.

Temporary security records help limit abusive requests. They are separate from usage statistics and are removed by the housekeeping task. That task also deletes usage totals older than 90 days when run daily. Hostinger may separately process IP addresses and request details in hosting and security logs. Those logs are separate from the application’s aggregate analytics and follow the hosting account’s retention settings.
